Shipping: Freight will be allowed on shipments of 600 lbs, or more
to any common carrier point in the continental U.S.A., for all regular
catalog items except Spreader Bars, Pallet & Coil Lifters and special
devices. Shipments of less than 600 lbs and excluded items are FOB
factory, South Holland, Illinois.
Discounts: 1/10 Net 30 on all sales (prior credit approval required). Overdue accounts can be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.
Returns: Returns will be accepted only if approval from LMHE Inc., is
obtained prior to shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking
charge and freight charges both ways. Special items, partial items,
cut or altered merchandise is not returnable.

where stated are based on industry standards and safety factors
for the commodity involved. It is presumed purchasers of any LMHE
products are knowledgeable in the use of the particular item and
will fully instruct any user of the requisite limitations, usage
and restrictions of the particular item. LMHE disclaims all liability
for application of products of common genre and or misapplication
of any ordinary or social recommendations to supply sufficient information
